SEO Organ browser extension — privacy policy
Effective 3 October 2026.
The SEO Organ extension connects your browser to your own SEO Organ workspace.
- Without browser work (the default), it reads Google results pages and Search Console pages you open yourself, to show your SEO Organ data on them and, if you leave capture on, to save the positions shown for keywords your sites track. It scores a page only when you press its button.
- With browser work (only after you press Use this Chrome and allow it in Chrome), SEO Organ tasks may open tabs, read pages, take screenshots, and click and type in the tabs they work in, each kind only as you set it (Allow, Ask me or Never). What a task reads or does is sent to your SEO Organ workspace and recorded there so you can see it.
- Browser work can also, each only if you allow it: find a page in your recent browsing history that a task needs, and list the network requests of the tab a task works in. Nothing is collected from tabs a task is not working in. The extension runs only its own code: it never runs code sent to it.
- The extension never reads or sends your passwords. Where a task needs you to sign in or solve a CAPTCHA, it is handed to you.
- Data goes only to your SEO Organ workspace. It is not sold or shared with anyone else, and not used for advertising.
- Disconnect at any time on the Browser work page or in SEO Organ; the browser's key stops working at once. Removing the extension removes everything it kept in your browser.
